ACG Series

The ACG Series Machines are fully automated machines and are very efficient baking ovens for production of stacked cones, cups, moulded cones in large scale.

These machines are supplied with 12,18,24,30,36,48 and 60 moulds as per the requirements of the output.

Choice of heating by Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP Gas) or Electricity ensures customization to the customer's energy availability.

The Baking moulds are manufactured from special cast alloy with special casting process and alloying constituents have led to baking moulds of high technical standards in view of heat stability and thermal conductivity. The moulds will be with 3-11 cavities depending on size of the cone.

The constructions of the moulds are well designed for a quick change over of the moulds from one size to another.

The baking ovens are built with steel frames, and the baking chambers are well insulated which gives a minimum loss of heat and maximum utilization of energy.

The baking conveyor is driven by a powerful geared motor, with a attachment of variable speed drive, hence the conveyor speed can be adjustable between 1.5 - 3 minutes (approx).

The ACG Baking ovens are supplied with an automatic stacking device, which endures uniform stacking of the cones and then to packing.

Gas Burners

The Gas Burners are well designed to minimize the fuel consumption.



Scraping Device

The Ovens are attached with a cam operated knife, which removes the lumps of the batter forms through the steam slots outside of the moulds during baking process.




Cone Ejector




The Cone Ejector is attached to the oven, synchronized with the speed of the passing moulds. The cone ejector helps to loosen the cones from the open baking moulds. The cones drop into the blocks of the stacking device which is attached to the oven.

 

Stacking Device

The Baking Ovens are supplied with an Automatic Stacking Device, which ensures uniform stacking of the cones and then to the packing process.

  Baking Process

Before starting regular production and baking process, the moulds of the machine (ACG Series) should be preheated. During the pre heating the conveyer of the machine should be in moving condition. This practice may take 30 - 40 minutes.

Meantime the Batter should be ready with the help of Batter Mixing machine (BM 60). The ready made liquid batter should be poured in the batter container of the machine through the net of the batter container, so that the liquid batter will filtered, and extras and tissues will be filtered out.

Now switch on the batter pump, so that automatically the batter will pour in the cone cavities of the moulds. The batter pump should be adjusted properly, so that the batter pump will discharge the same quantity of the liquid batter as per the size of the cone. The conveyor of the machine will take one round for a couple of minutes for baking of process. During the baking process a little excess material will come out of the mould with sound in order to obtain water vaporization as well as perfect finish of the product in the mould.

One Scraping Knife attached to the machine will shave off the excess formed on the surface of the lower portion of the moulds.

Now the cones will eject in the groves of the stacking device (supplied with the machine). The groves of the stacking device will depend on the size of the cone. Before the cones will eject in the stacking device, a cone ejector (attached to the machine) will help in proper ejection of the cones without sticking to the moulds.

Answer

One Machine Operator, One Mixing Machine Operator and One person for Packing.

Question Is Training will be provided?
Answer Yes, training will be provided at Hyderabad in our Factory.
Question What is the total area required for the total operation?
Answer

You require 800 sft built up area for the total operation with one Automatic Ice Cream Cone Baking Machine and one Batter Mixing Machine.

Question What are the supporting equipment required to run the machine?
Answer Apart from the Cone Baking Machine you require one Batter Mixing Machine to make liquid batter.
Question How many cones can ACG produce at a time?
Answer The Number of the cones, depends on the size (top diameter and Length) of the cone, Baking speed and weight of the cone.
Question Can a single machine make different sizes of the cones?
Answer The machine can produce one single size of the cone at one time. However you can  make different sizes of the cones by interchanging the moulds of machine. The construction of the machine is well designed to quick changeover of the moulds from one size to another. It will take maximum 3 to 4 hours to the change the mould from one size to another and start production.
Question What are all the models can make with single machine?
Answer By interchanging the moulds of the machine one can produce the following apart from the Ice Cream Cones, CUPS, STICKS, BALLS, MOLDED SUGAR CONES
Question Is Raw materials will be available easily?
Answer Yes all the raw materials required to produce Ice Cream Cones, Sticks, Cups, and Molded Sugar Cones are easily available in the local markets. 
Question What are the Raw Materials required?
Answer The Main Raw Materials required are Wheat Flour, Maize Starch Power, Vegetable Fat and Food Colours.
