Baking of the Fresh cones is with Electricity. A self fitted thermostat control helps in temperature regulation.
The baking plates are provided with sealed heaters for long shelf life for easy maintenance.
The Baking Plates of the machines can be engraved according to customer's wishes, and designs. Logos and Monograms are also possible to engrave on the baking plates.

Before starting the production activity, the baking plates require initial heating, which takes about 10 - 15 minutes. Set the control to optimum settings. If the desired thickness of the waffle sheet is not indicated, the machine is delivered with a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.
The Liquid batter should be ready before starting the production.
Pour the ready made liquid batter on the pre heated lower baking plate, and shut the upper baking plate. The baking process will take about 40-100 seconds (depends on baking time, recipe and size of the cone)
Now remove the waffle sheet and roll it with the nylon roller (supplied with the machine) to make cone or shape it with the shaper (supplied with the machine if customer demands) to make dishes, baskets
