Semi Creaming Machine - Model SCM 2737
It is a simple stenciling apparatus. The ready made Cream is poured in cream tanker (as shown in the picture) The sheet holder is designed to hold the sheet in place and the cream tanker should be pulled to allow desired cream application. You may keep another sheet on the top by adjusting the gear attached to the machine to form cream filled wafer books.

Manual Wafer Cutting Machine - Model MWC 2737

The Manual Wafer Cutting machine MWC is best suitable to cut the cream filled flat wafer books, of a small scale output for baking sheet size of 273x373.

The MWC is manually operated wire cutting machine. The cutting frame of MWC Series cutting machine can be changed to cut different sizes of flat wafer biscuits.

The MWC Series machines very flexible and light weight, with adjustable legs to adjust the height of the machine.

The exchange cutting frame and feed block of the machine is easily exchangeable.
